What i like most about JobAdder is how it brings all parts of the recruitment process into one clan, easy-to use platform.Posting jobs to multiple boards, tracking candidates and communicating with clients all happens in the same palace , which saves me a huge amount of time. The integrations with the job boards and other tools are seamless and the reporting gives me clear insights into our hiring performance. i also appreciate how quickly the support team responds- they're knowblegemable and genuinely helpful.
Streamlining our recruitment process Separate platform for hiring managers integration with our HRIS
First off, I would have to say scalability was a top reason we chose to use JobAdder, followed closely by stellar customer service, and lastly, ease of use!
There's not much to dislike about JobAdder, but if i had to pick one thing, it would be that some features feels a bit hidden or take extra clicks to reach. For example certain advanced search filters and reporting options aren't immediately obvious. So it took some time and bit of trial and error to fully leverage them. Once i learned where everything was the workflows become smooth but a more streamlined navigation for power-users would ,ake it even better.
It's very basic, not a great interface and it feels very robust. The customer service is not as hoped. It takes a long time to answer and it doesn't always solve the problem.
We had some issues with some of our plug-ins, so compatibility was an issue, followed by difficulty tracking our clients, and lastly, outreach to our recruitment professionals.
