Limited customization Slow Customer Support
Hire.inc occasionally lags or glitches which is very annoying having to reload my screen multiple times. It is quite expensive too as we are only a small team and the mobile app isn't very good either.
Analytics are somewhat limited, more customizable reporting would be valuable for tracking funnel performance The mobile experience is functional but less polished It covers the core functionality but there could be more third party integrations
