I like that the front page is very nice and simple to navigate. It is very user friendly. I also like the analytics dashboard that gives me the performance of the job roles and applicants I have in my pool. The best feature of Hire.inc is how fast their support comes back to you when you reach out to them. They are very responsive and resolves

User friendly interface, intuitive and easy to navigate tools for posting jobs, reviews and scheduling interviews, reducing manual work The platform runs smoothly with minimal downtime

Limited customization Slow Customer Support

Hire.inc occasionally lags or glitches which is very annoying having to reload my screen multiple times. It is quite expensive too as we are only a small team and the mobile app isn't very good either.

Analytics are somewhat limited, more customizable reporting would be valuable for tracking funnel performance The mobile experience is functional but less polished It covers the core functionality but there could be more third party integrations
