I like that the product is so customizable and that you can build something that works for you and modify what you build, even down to the user group level, so that we as an organization can ensure we are only putting what's important in front of our users and nothing that's not. The implementation team and the overall support has also been top notch

Customer service and support are great!
No weaknesses, but some can say that with a highly customizeable system like this, it almost gives you too much, and too many options but i like it! There are some features that i question why they don't exist given how detailed everything else is, but overall the team at iCIMS seems highly receptive and adaptable to customer feedback. Twice during our implementation they even rolled out new features we had asked for.
The inability to speak with a live person who is familiar with our platform - who can provide real world solutions to issues we have. Also, the fact that our support team has changed many times during our tenure with icims.
The complexity of the configuration of the system is a challenge. Doing simple things like seeing what access a role has in the system isn't easy to go. Their solution is to proxy in as someone who has the role as it's so configurable. In no other system i've managed I've not had the ability to easily see what access a role can see and easily make updates. Doing things like adding additional menu items for a security group requires a ticket to support.

Customer Service Resolves Issues Quickly Despite Complex System Configuration Challenges
One thing that iCIMS excels in compared to the other vendors is their customer service. They went through and recently implemented a radical change to their support and resolve 98% of inquiries the same day. I wish that the other vendors I worked with were that setup. They also do a great job of helping us optimize and make the best use of our application by having regular monthly check in's. The cons are that this is a complex product and the learning curve is quite steep.
