Challenges Faced With ICIMS CRM and Video Studio for Employer Branding Tasks
Working with ICIMS for CRM and Video Studio as my first platforms for employer branding has been a overall ok experience. Implementing the CRM was extremly difficult as I was not provided an implementation support when we rolled out to our entire Talent Organization. Becuase of that, it has been difficult to get full adoption as I had to roll it out on my own as a new user. Since then I have submitted countless tickets for ways the system could be better for our use case. I have also had many calls with ICIMS engineers for issues. The other product is video studio. While the concept is great. the overall experience for the administration (me) and the employees has not been the best. The system is very powerful yet intuitive. They are constantly working to improve the product and stay on top of hiring best practices to aid talent acquisition. A lot of good but often glitchy and buggy due to all the constant enhancements and product rollouts.
There is not great internal collaboration between your product design teams. Alot of the seasonal releases have a lot of hype but don't deliver on the real requests we have (i.e. interview scheduling, automation, etc). Your oversees support chat is very poor and slow on responses. There is poor functionality on enhancements where there is supposed to be a vendor partnership (i.e. Apply Network with Indeed - we have had MANY issues with this set up).
