I would like to say is that everything about a candidate, including a resume, notes, interviews and updates is stored together. Aside from that I would say that you can customize for and stages so that each team can follow its own hiring steps and the dashboard shows useful stats like how long a position has been open or which source provided the best applicant

The best thing about Zoho Recruit is how it keeps everything connected in a very practical way. I can quickly move candidates through each stage, see their full history and follow up without switching between tools. The search and filters help me find the right profiles faster also the built in templates make communication quick but still professional. It feels reliable and helps me stay in control of the hiring process from start to finish.
The thing that I dislike the most is the initial setup. There are a lot of fields and settings to go through and the reports and charts are simple and could look better. Additionally new users may find the menus confusing if they don't receive some training
User interface is cluttered and not intuitive. Reporting is limited and lacks customization. Mobile app features are overly basic.
Some of the advanced features take time to understand and the interface feels a bit busy when managing many roles at once, with some settings requiring extra clicks to adjust.
