The best thing about Zoho Recruit is how it keeps everything connected in a very practical way. I can quickly move candidates through each stage, see their full history and follow up without switching between tools. The search and filters help me find the right profiles faster also the built in templates make communication quick but still professional. It feels reliable and helps me stay in control of the hiring process from start to finish.

It really helps me in managing the job openings and managing the candidates all in one software. It allows me to post job ads to multiple sites which creates much more engagement

Some of the advanced features take time to understand and the interface feels a bit busy when managing many roles at once, with some settings requiring extra clicks to adjust.

User interface is cluttered and not intuitive. Reporting is limited and lacks customization. Mobile app features are overly basic.

I have noticed that the bulk action gets slow while processing large number of candidates and the interface is not very modern and looks outdated.
