Juniper Switches Alternatives

Cisco Nexus portfolio has a huge of products depending on the business requirements for mid or big company size. Cisco Nexus has a lot of functionalities and can work in two modes or OS: NX-OS for standard deployments and ACI for SDN into the Datacenter. For us this works very well because we can use one of them according to our needs.

overall experience was good , but it is expensive for us . our headquarter is using this brand but for local selection is bit expensive

The HPE Aruba Switches formerly known as ProCurve Switches, are rockstable and easy to configure. The CLI Language is very easy to learn. In comparable to other switch vendors these switches are on of the best switches i saw in my it carrer.

I would say my experience with VMware NSX Data Center has been pretty positive in every term. It really makes my network more secure and manageable and it gives me a lot of flexibility to control network.

These are robust devices that support high data traffic rates. Uplinks support 10Gb (SFP), and they have a good graphical interface for management, even for less experienced users, but the CLI is much better with numerous options.

Netgear's professionnal switch (1U units) are well designed but suffer of a power lacking (voice ip communication make the switch overheat) So i'ts a good professionnal start for a small business solution
