Klue offers us the ability to customize everything, which resulted in very easy to use intelligence and information. The battlecards are especially useful for newly hired employees, as they can quickly get up to speed.

We also like the part where new reps (but also more senior reps) can digest recent wins and losses based on whom they were competing with. Reps being in a cycle can check similar deals that our org has recently won (or lost) and take away key learnings. This also custs internal communication as everyone knows where to find this information. It also makes communication (and research into wins/loses) more efficient: you know whom to speak with about what.
