1) It is a premium service provider and hence costlier than the available alternatives in the market. 2) The availability of a breadth of services to choose from, makes it sometimes overwhelming to choose the relevant content to fit the respective teams and organisation. 3) Maybe an integration between the 1:1 feedback received to the individual could be set as input to the tool to provide focussed trainings be an easy process than selecting through the large range of services.
