1) Expertise of resources; most of resources that I have dealt with have historically worked with law enforcement agencies or have worked with top-tier financial institutes in their previous roles. 2) Efficiency - Projects are delivered in efficient manner; irrespective of size and scale of compromise. 3) Overall hand-holding that Kroll provides to impacted teams during time of crisis.

Some of the software implementation was more complex than expected, however we were supported in troubleshooting.

It used to be fairly difficult negotiating terms, because of the approach taken by their legal team. However, this is getting easier with the addition of an on-the-ground legal team in Asia.
