The aesthetics make it a super friendly application, the ease of exchanging information and how little set up it takes and how it doesn't really need phone data.

Something I dislike is how sometimes it's assumed you know how stickers work, read receipts can be not accurate sometimes, and pictures being automatically saved to your machine can be frustrating if not turned off

1. The number of messages that I get from the official LINE account is overwhelming 2. Not sure how to block/remove users to keep from getting messages 3. Not as many friends, family, etc utilize the platform
