As I mentioned above, we are only just exiting the on boarding phase. However, we have been working together for 9 months so far. The team is great to work with, responsive and delivers.
Some areas for improvemnet include the initial onboarding process, which can take time to fully align with internal systems, limited customization in certain reports, and dependency on scheduled reviews for updates rather than real time visibility.
The service provides strong value but reporting could be more frequent and detailed, and response could be improved for urgent or ad hoc requests.
I was surprised the Livingstone do not use a COT licensing dashboard and has their own tool. They are in the process of delivering a new version of their in-house tool. We are one of the first customers to use the tool, and this has presented some challenges.
