We had an existing ADC system from another vendor and while that system generally worked well, it was cumbersome for IT staff to maintain as well as troubleshoot. As part of a datacenter move and consolidation we elected to look around and see what is out there, determine what would constitute a better solution, etc. Based on our research and talking to several vendors we selected Loadbalancer Enterprise ADC as it fit our criteria of cost, performance/features, and ease of ownership. Dealing with the sales and support at Loadbalancer.org has been no key but highly responsive at the same time which is refreshing and always a pleasant surprise in the IT world.
