Automatic Security blocking based on rules to help keep our network and customers safe. Implementation was easy and fast. The product works out of the box and then you can take it where you need with customizations and specific rules to the environment it is used in. Support is top tier. Friendly and knowledgeable people. Their systems keep someone always on the issue until resolution. They appear to work well internally between departments and are committed to updating software to the needs of the customers should something not currently be supported. They are also understanding that not everyone is an expert with the appliance and help with getting resolution implemented. They really dig into issues to get to a resolution.

Does exactly what's needed, Simple to Use, Excellent after sales support who are very friendly and helpful.

Partnership with MetaSwitch for CommPortal/SIP-PS is not always out of the box ready but support is committed to making it work in real world applications. The creation of rules and linking objects can be a bit confusing at times. This is mostly do to not having a deep understanding of the underline technology most likely. The solution can do so much but almost requires a developer to build real customization and security into the rules. This is great it is so flexible however for a user that is not a specialist it doesn't have the click for this sort of feel which leave me thinking that I could be getting a lot more out of the product than I'm able to configure it to do.

We had an existing ADC system from another vendor and while that system generally worked well, it was cumbersome for IT staff to maintain as well as troubleshoot. As part of a datacenter move and consolidation we elected to look around and see what is out there, determine what would constitute a better solution, etc. Based on our research and talking to several vendors we selected Loadbalancer Enterprise ADC as it fit our criteria of cost, performance/features, and ease of ownership. Dealing with the sales and support at Loadbalancer.org has been no key but highly responsive at the same time which is refreshing and always a pleasant surprise in the IT world.
