The product is straightforward to setup and also to get status if something is/is not working. Support has been excellent when it comes to answering our questions or helping us with setup. All in all the product does exactly what it says on the tin, it does it in a straightforward and efficient manner, and the support and sales experience has been very good.

Loadbalancer Enterprise ADC Chosen for Datacenter Move and Consolidation Needs
We had an existing ADC system from another vendor and while that system generally worked well, it was cumbersome for IT staff to maintain as well as troubleshoot. As part of a datacenter move and consolidation we elected to look around and see what is out there, determine what would constitute a better solution, etc. Based on our research and talking to several vendors we selected Loadbalancer Enterprise ADC as it fit our criteria of cost, performance/features, and ease of ownership.
