Actually I'd rate the vendor between average and outstanding (3.5). The implementation duration took a while due to product issues that needed extra development. Also we had testing resource capacity and environment constraints at some point. It's either we are waiting for issues to be resolved or the Mage team is waiting for our resource and environment availability.

The people we worked with are very pleasant and accommodating. They really work very hard to deliver what we required of the product.

The product works very smoothly with virtually zero bugs encountered so far over the years. It does an excellent job of anonymizing our databases.

Not escalating early enough to resolve an issue. It took us more than two weeks to the get one scrambling job succeed.

As of today, we cannot find anything we dislike worth mentioning about the product or service. If I really have to mention one negative thing, it is that sometimes the audio quality during meetings with some of their remote team members is below average.
