They work as advertised.
The people we worked with are very pleasant and accommodating. They really work very hard to deliver what we required of the product.
Mage is a very powerful tool and is very customizable. It can be a two-edged sword and you can shred yourself if you aren't careful, but the Mage team worked with us to make sure we had a successful masking implementation.
Haven't come across this yet.
Not escalating early enough to resolve an issue. It took us more than two weeks to the get one scrambling job succeed.
1. Mage tends to be a little brittle and I had to take some extra measures to keep the installation running stably. 2. The capabilities are great--the downside is that it can be overwhelming in the beginning to learn to use the product and be good at it. 3. Some of the masking options we feel could be more intuitively implemented. What to put where to get a complete masking in the way we wanted it requires just knowing what to enter for the input parameters, and it doesn't always feel intuitive.
