Cost effectiveness and Easy ROI is the main USP. Most of the enterprise grade Network Configuration Managers are far more costly. Availability of the skillset is easy and abundant. Tool is easy to learn and reporting is good. Scheduling of reports / alerts is easy. Can be used if you are an existing customer of ManageEngine as you can leverage the knowledge of the GUI and ManageEngine interface. Maintaining the deployment and Patching etc is easy for on-prem deployment.
The initial set up is very easy, you just have to provide the login details by creating the credential profiles only once, the rest of the work it does itself
Sometime automated task not occur, intial setup is time consuming, limited AI driven which is manage engine is lacking here. Pricing can increase significantly as device count grows.
Lacks features which are available in the competition. Native integration with few of the leading OEMs is limited. Configuring complex devices is very difficult and cumbersome. Dashboards needs to be improved and made more useful.
