Responsive support and easy onboarding: getting started was really easy and straightforward and any issues was handled quickly. Inventory tracking made easy: the interface is easy to navigate and keep track of our inventory. Intuitive experience: i love how intuitive it is to navigate e2e in the platform
Easy interface and required options
1. Limited product catalog flexibility - adding custom or non-standard merchandise outside of the default catalog requires manual coordination. 2. Reporting lacks depth- compaign performance analytics are basic; no granular tracking per month. 3. Integration options are limited - native connectors to major HRMS or CRM platform are limited, requiring workarounds.

Marketing material management is simplified. This tool is really good for managing the orders and printing of marketing material. The ability to leverage it for gifting material is a plus.
