The strengths in visibility, intelligence, and enterprise-scale capability make Mandiant compelling. Deployment was smooth and straightforward, especially with the simple API key setup and minimal internal resource demands.

Challenges during the initial setup, user interface can be improved further and wish there were more reports.

The UI performance is a bit slow as the interface and dashboards are cluttered. On another note, at times the ASM generates noise, especially when monitoring well-known or widely recognized companies due to false positives which may lead to alert fatigue or unnecessary investigation.

It helps us find exposures we wouldn't have uncovered otherwise and keeps us more proactive instead of reactive. The product is powerful, but it can feel complex at times and needs some tuning to avoid too much noise.
