Performance of Maptitude Across Market Features
Maptitude Likes & Dislikes
I like how you can schedule each stop down to the minute. You can put in each address and optimize the route completely. You can detail how you want the route to go. Adding in breaks for drivers is a big help in configuring the daily routes and this application allows you to add those breaks in.
We have used Maptitude in analyzing energy grid data and producing other cool figures. It helps me to produce a plan that shows the location of assets, the status of meters and areas with possible energy wastage.
Ability to visualise customer hotspots quickly. The facility location tool is particularly useful for logistics network analysis - this can use the road network unlike many similar tools. Drive time zones then allow you to examine coverage, overlap and hard to reach areas.
I would like if this program could implement a GPS tracking function for the company's fleet. I also wish we could get a satellite GPS view verses the way it currently looks. The application could use a newer look to it, but that doesn't affect the application whatsoever.
There are somewhat limited options for customization of posts and the appearance of the blog. Maptitude cannot easily be customized to achieve a preferred match with point symbols and legends of the analyzed data.
What's not to like - I really can't think of anything to put in this section.

Maptitude: A Powerful Tool for Geospatial Analysis in the Energy Sector
Despite minor setbacks in the customization of the software, Maptitude is still a formidable tool for geospatial analysis in the energy sector. The option to view data attributes on the map can reveal important information that wouldn't be possible when using tables only. - Director, Logistics Consulting<50M USDTransportationReview Source
Excellent for strategic logistics studies
I use Maptitude for visualisation and strategic analysis for logistics projects - it's both powerful and very cost-effective. - Associate ProfessorGov't/PS/EdEducationReview Source
Miles ahead of competition
Maptitude is at least two standard deviations above the rest of the competition. Maptitude designers seems to foresee the future well ahead and requires way fewer design UI (user interface) upgrades than the competitors -- almost Apple like confidence in its UI
