Highly efficient compared to other data loader tools. After service is really good and service people are very helpful. They have a good community to help new developers who are new to this tool.

UI is the best part about Matillion Data Loader. The SaaS user flow is easy to adapt and does not have any complexity.

Customer Support , User interface and API services

Some minor glitches exist that can be improved. Less options to customize the UI based on our needs. Cost of some of the services is on the higher side as compared to other tools.

1. Custom API is not supported. 2. There is little flexibility over choosing the data to move. 3. Very few transformation capabilities.
