Overall, my experience with Matillion ETL has been highly positive. The interface is user-friendly and simplifies complex data transformation. It integrates with Azure our cloud service provider. I appreciate the visual job orchestration which helps with enhancements and maintaining the ETL pipeline. Scheduling has been made easier and helps with managing pipelines. Performance wise, Matillion has proven to be reliable and scalable and can handle large volumes of data processing.

Matillion is an exceptional ETL tool, especially for people who don't code. It is one of the most capable platforms for building ETL pipelines where the heavy lifting is done downstreeam mostly by snowflake, databricks or other data warehouses. The addition of Maia, the agentic AI, has made the pipeline maintanance and complex metadata mapping that much easier.
