Biggest issues are with their support helpdesk. It also depends pretty dramatically based on the person your ticket is assigned to. Some of them are outstanding to work with while others seem to be unresponsive and unhelpful. This is especially true if the issue you are reporting is complicated.

The platform itself is really good. As someone who had no software development education or experience prior to starting in Mendix, I was able to build a fully functional and complex application that works on multiple devices and in a wide range of adverse environments our users work in. There are updates every month that add features and refine existing ones.
