It is our main customer relationship management tool. We use it fot most all sales related purposes to track customers, sales, opportunities and even reports on other integrated systems. It allow us to keep track of the work done with our customers and the whole conversation is noted down for other users who get the same lead in future. Most annoying feature for me can be AI auto fill. This keeps coming and it is hard for us to keep editing. Easy computation of sales and revenue. However, the workflow can be challenging at times. With new update, good features and options are hard to find. It has the ability to create specific types of reports if required.
