This product gives an extra boost to the sales and communication with customers. Third party apps connection is simple, easy tracking of customers, there activities, there interests and once the report is generated, all suitable products are shown or we pitch to customers. This is slightly more quicker than other products. Tagging, reporting and real time information is given.
Flexibility to deploy and install custom solutions. Standardized UI and consistent through the years.
It's a small point but only being able to create one row based formula is actually quite problematic when you are trying to do more complex reports which let's face it, is normally the requirement in true business use cases.
Customisation is very, very tough. Fields can be messy and does not have a good user interface and is definitely not a beginner friendly product. At times, assigning workflows is difficult and time-eating.
Governance of field creation and use should be more intuitive. We ended up creating too many custom objects and fields without clear use. Even though there's a view to see which fields are not being used, it's unclear whether it's due to incorrect implementation or due to incorrect use of the objects. Error messages could be clearer for end-users.
