Azure web apps have become a fairytale for standard web development. However, there is no need for this approach with blockchain technology due to the decentralized nature of this method and its unmodified transfer to the buyer. Eventually I laid out a shaky design that didn't go well together with the blockchain security standards and needed more development work. If you're dead serious about blockchain development, then instead I suggest that you look at other sources.
