Very accommodative. Good understanding of client systems and needs and open to additional queries. The LiveCompare tool is used extensively for compliance, security and risk reporting and is very customizable.

Power tool for data migration. Implementation process was ok but the tool requires some the right parameters adjustment to work properly, otherwise it might break your production system. It was not easy to find good expertise on this solution in the market.

Expensive but highly effective in doing migrations. We used it for deletion of data during ERP optimization projects. It helped us tremendously in reducing the migration timelines. The post go live issues were hardly any and always prompt expert advice during the entire lifecycle of the implementation. Very customer oriented!
