What I like most about it comes down to three big things. First, the media monitoring is genuinely useful; I can see when a reporter or outlet mentions a topic I care about without having to do manual searches all day. That alone saves me time. Second, the database of journalists and media contacts is incredibly detailed; the ability to filter by beat, outlet, location, or recent coverage means I'm not blindly shooting pitches. Lastly, the alert system allows me to not have to obsessively refresh feeds, the relevant updates come to me which feels like a small luxury in PR life.
I can get to know about journalist beat. That help be to create a dedicated pitch for journalists.
media database is accurate; tracking features are great and monitoring capabilities are good for our general view into coverage and issues
The learning curve is real, especially when you're trying to get new team members up to speed quickly, it can feel like there's a lot to unpack before you're truly productive. Some of the alert noise needs better filtering; I've had days where I've had to dig through notifications that aren't relevant. And while the platform is comprehensive, it can be sluggish when running broad searches or working with large lists, which gets annoying when I'm under a deadline.
interface is a bit complex for new users. TV Coverage is not able to be tracked. Sometimes some digital coverage is also missing.
nothing comes to mind
