Our internal users praise it's easy useability and intuitive design compared to some of the other competitors. The platform helps us save time and reduce complexity by consolidating tasks in one place.
I like NAVEX One for its strong dashboards and reporting features for compliance visibility. There are also customizable workflows that adapt to different company processes. Overall, it is an excellent centralized platform for policies, training, and reporting. There is also a broad range of compliance and ethics training modules available on the platform.

Document formatting issues as some uses report formatting inconsistencies when uploading documents. Limited flexibility in some areas around some user requirements may take time for stronger customization for your company. Occasional reporting gaps as some users find reporting functionality could be improved or more. Intuitive.
I dislike that the user interface of NAVEX One feels outdated and not always user friendly. System performance can lag when running large reports.
