Netwrix Identity Threat Detection and Response (ITDR) Likes & Dislikes
Like the depth of coverage and the detail in the alerts. We have not had to use the recovery or rollback features yet but it's re-assuring that they are there.
Report creation Alert Creation Very useful for Identity investigation
The possible depth of configuration and the good support. We also enjoy the daily usability for all our colleagues. The use of many configuration options make this product easy to scale and we can fully cover all our needs.
It does require a lot of tuning, perhaps that's due to the size of our environment and a number of acquisition networks that have been integrated. The alert volume can also be off putting. The console is somewhat old fashioned.
A lot of false positives and noise Complexity of management
The depth in configuration is good but it needed some time to dive into all possible options. We would liked it if there were a better easy startup process. Also the documentation is pretty short and not up to date.
