We get a lot of insight into threats in our environment. Before we were in full production Defend found a vulnerability and helped us shut it down. Pretty simple to use over all. Lots of flexibility to filter out the noise and some good options for threat remediation and alerting. Very knowledgeable staff. From presales to post sales.
Lots of information Data The infrastructure is reliable for on prem solution. set it and forget it product.

Some of the filters I'd like to see are missing but to be fair, they are opened to suggestions. It's difficult to get certain reports out of the product such as a report of all of the threat exceptions Searching for certain fields isn't yet possible. For example searching for group creation by name in investigations. Easy to work around but should be part of the product. Since they have been going through a growth spurt, sometimes hard to schedule time with support techs. Having said that, if it's a critical issue they are right there
Account management technical support On premise solution is no idea
Too expensive.

Outdated Product
The product has been a front runner for us over the years, but technical support has not been the best. Account reps are relentless about renewing. Due to new technologies products its not cost-effective product. The product is expensive and takes up a lot of on prem resources. We went through the onboarding process twice very cumbersome and hard to manage.
