Tool does not do what was promised upon purchase. In every way, it has been less performant than our internally built tooling that we meant to replace. It processes data slowly, it cannot process the large data sets that we need, the servicing team is too small and obviously stressed and often rude, the features sold to us are still awaiting development, logging and alerting are subpar.

1. The connectors are really awesome. It eases my work to connect with sources and pull data. 2. No/low code feature. 3. Having a flavor of Python and SQL for the transformation completes the overall business need. 4. GenAI feature is cherry on the top.

Internal workings are a bit hard to understand, can be difficult to debug, and usually require direct help from the team.

We have spent an exceptional amount of time and money developing additional internal processes to support the parts of this tool that don't work as expected. Their development team was unable to enhance their service in time for implementation as promised by the sales team. The servicing team is too small for an implementation of this complexity.

No progress bar. Sometimes we can trigger a single flow multiple times because it creates duplicates.

    No Small Achievement: From 2 Users To 20+ And Scaling

    Overall the experience has been really good. As we were trying to onboard the product, we had a lot of feedback on UI features, some specific needs for our use cases, API features etc. Over the last 3 years most of those requests have been completed and an immediate technical solution was given at that time. We have scaled up from 2 users to 20+ users and processing has gone up from 10 files to 10000+ files every month and have had no critical concerns. Big kudos to the Customer experience team for always being available and providing detailed solutions
