The ability to see flaws in the system and perform pen tests at our own pace all year long. The product does uncover a lot of good information.

The on-demand nature of the testing NodeZero provides is a big part of it, but even more so is how thorough and helpful the steps for remedying found issues is as it guides you step-by-step through your options.

As a new product there are inherent gaps or capabilities that do not fully emulate or replace manual testing. This may not be possible ultimately, but the closer the platform functionality can get to the structure and process of manual testing, the more value it will have in the market.

Cannot schedule a job to only run once and how it interprets accounts sharing passwords. There seems to be a bug where it assumes many accounts are sharing the same password.

As of this time, we have not found any issues with the NodeZero product. If there was any detraction at all, it might be the expense, but as someone who understands what it does, I feel it is more than worth that expense. It could make it difficult pitching it to others who fixate on the price tag without understanding the product.
