My overall experience with Burp Suite Professional has been very positive. It is one of the most reliable and feature-rich tools for web application security testing. The interface is intuitive once you get used to it and it provides a comprehensive set of functionalities such as proxying, scanning, repeater, intruder, and extender support. While the automated scanner is highly effective at identifying common vulnerabilities like XSS, SQL injection and authentication issues, while the manual tools give complete flexibility for deep testing, I also appreciate the strong community support and regular updates from Portswigger. which continuously enhance the product. We've had a very positive experience with the Pentera platform thanks to it's ease of deployment and day to day usage. It has allowed us to assess and understand how our internal security controls can perform against realistic attack scenarios. Thanks to Pentera, we have been able to identify key areas for improvement, apply mitigations and then quickly re-assess to validate the fixes impact. This allowed us to achieve a quick return on investment within our first few months of usage. I have used vPenTest at a previous place of employment. Having been successfully implemented and found to have met our compliance requirements, it was recommended at my current place of employment. Side-by-side comparisons were done objectively against top competitors and despite one of our competitors having a good relationship with one of our top management officials, the results were undeniable. Onboarding was done in one session. The dashboard is self-explanatory and there was no need for further customer support. Even though I had used the product before in a different environment, there was initially and naturally a slight hesitancy/fear to run the penetration test with fears that it would be disruptive and break the functionality of our systems. We have a highly complex network. The penetration tests have been run for two consecutive months thus far without issues. The product's findings were easily integrated with the output of VulScan vulnerability scanning platform. The scope of the findings and the resolution steps have been highly comprehensive. The reports generated have met the stringent requirements of our compliance body. I have no issues in recommending this platform.Read all insights and reviews for vPenTest

My experience with Ridgebot was really positive! The automated vuln scanning is efficient, and the reporting system is good as well. Not having to worry about false positives is also a major positive for Ridgebot. My main issue was in the authentication part, having to deal with the tokens makes the automation part a little bit annoying.Read all insights and reviews for RidgeBot

Generally easy to use and intuitive UI navigation. The analytics graphs are a bit confusing and not real helpful. Large library of scenarios and test assessments. They are quick to publish new scenarios based on current threat intel and known attack vectors. Event correlation with SIEM is not very well tuned or customizable. Would be much nicer if you were allowed to map more specific fields to what they call their Indicators of Compromise (IOC) fields. Event correlation with our EDR events were not very concise either. Agents have a way to go yet with maturing how you can customize them. There is a config.yaml file on the agent but you can't set all agent behavior attributes in the file, which seems odd since it is there, why not allow you to put all possible values in that config file. A good product but has a ways to go yet before it is great. They have however added functionality since my initial review and appear to continue to innovate.Read all insights and reviews for AttackIQ Platform
