It's a single point to understand our environment, prioritize needed work, and validate the findings

In a few instances there were not elements of the risk management tiering that needed to be configured by our customer service manager, but not yet available in the UI directly.

Integration with patching solutions. No multi-tenancy option. Intergation with ticketing systems.

As with most products on the market, customized metrics can be challenging
