1. Seamless Integrations: They plug-and-play connection with our current security tools is incredibly easy and stable. 2. Gap Analysis: It is excellent at cross referencing data to spot blind spots an unmanaged devices instantly. 3. Query Speed: The ability to run complex queries across the entire inventory and get immediate results is a huge efficiency booster.
The features I like most about the OctoXLabs CAASM Platform are its clear and comprehensive asset visibility, its accurate risk scoring and correlation engine, and its seamless automation capabilities. The platform's intuitive interface and fast, reliable performance also make daily operations much easier and more efficient.
There is nothing significant we dislike about the product. It is a rapidly evolving platform and clearly aligned with what the industry needs. The vendor is highly responsive, open to feedback, and continously improving the solution based on real operational requirements.
1. Reporting Enhancements: the reporting module is solid but adding more visual options for custom dashboards would make it perfect. 2. Learning Curve: The Query languece is powerful but takes time to master. A visual builder would help new users significantly. 3. UI Navigation: The infercafe works well, though reducing the number of clicks to access some specific settins would improve workflow speed.
There are only a few minor areas for improvement. The dashboard could offer more visualization options, and notifications could be even more customizable. None of these impact the overall positive experience.
