The product is easy to use and very helpful in identifying lines that appear as a liability for the business according to our KPIs. Being able to produce our markdown lists from this platform has saved a lot of time from the purchasing team, in order they can focus on their main tasks. Another interesting feature is the fact that we are able to more accurately forecast, based on the historical behavioural models they have built for us.

The IBM team members themselves are the most important part of the their Omni-Channel Merchandising solution.

Dislike

The fact that it does not provide flexibility in the report exports according to our business needs, but we do recognise the Vendor's willingness to try to meet our expectations through an enhancements list.

Dislike

There web pricing platform is new. It could be improved with some better reporting features.
