The tool is extremely difficult to set up and manage. There is no configuration assistance mode and employees take time to operate the tool efficiently.

Omnicast has several functionalities, enabling integration with other systems and large-scale monitoring. However, the setup is complicated. I believe that there are other tools with better cost benefit in the market.
