OneDirectory provides a directory platform focused on organizing and maintaining up-to-date employee profile data within organizations. The platform addresses the challenge of outdated organizational charts and unreliable employee information, especially as teams expand and operate remotely. OneDirectory consolidates employee data into a searchable system, enabling users to identify team members, understand organizational structure, and navigate relationships within the company. This approach aims to reduce the inefficiency associated with locating personnel information and offers a consistent way to manage workforce data, supporting organizational clarity as company structures change.

I like that the product is in a constant state of improvement. Feature suggestions seem to be taken seriously and added to the product road map.
Once you get it setup (Which is really easy by the way) its pretty much set it. It updates frequently and our employees love the layout and searchability of the product so that they can find users.
Best thing about this is its seamless integration with Microsoft 365 data so there is very little manual data entry required. The user interface feels very smooth to use with all the modern navigation features and easy access to outlook. The search feature is really smart and accurate most of the time with many filters including location and department etc.
There isn't anything I inherently dislike. There are features I wish it had (such as including users without Azure/Microsoft accounts), but I like that our feature suggestions get added to their product roadmap. In a perfect world, not requiring a login would be a nice add, but I don't know how you could do that without making the directory public, which we definitely do not want.
At first there was a glitch where when we disabled users Active Directory accounts, it would make the user go away (As it should) but when we re-enabled them, We had to get support to get the user to show back up in the directory. Within I say 1-2 months they had that resolved which was fine by us.
The pricing is a little bit on the expensive side as of now, so would like to see it get reduced in the future. Also the initial integration somewhat complex as well.
