Is the best CPM tool in the market

I love the automation! When issues do NOT occur, the process is really fast!

I like that the account data pulls directly into the rec lists, and we are able to have the users work in the same application instead of in excel.

The software is not intuitive, you don't understand how the tool works until you get training.

1. We run into issues when users make changes in the middle of the process. 2. Users can't really troubleshoot on their own (it requires admin intervention). 3. Training seems to differ slightly from my own experience.

Some of the mappings/grouping does feel clunky. Also, the previously mentioned account rec mappings can cause mapping changes to not take effect properly.

Account Reconciliation has worked great. Some of the groupings are sometimes hard to do, and we do have an issue where changes to autoreced records sometimes wont change mappings which cause problems during that month end.
