Product Support is the best. Easy to open a ticket and fast respnse.
Simple, powerfull, resilient, modular
The tool GUI from v6.2 onwards is pretty good and easy to navigate. The visual mapper provides mapping to/from EDI, XML and Flat to/from DB/400 files. BizManager supporting the protocols. Even with v16.4 release the additional features related to SAP adaptors, and real time translations, etc are very much helpful.
Could not name something. Probably some icons and logo are not fancy.
User interface, User Experience, Rules management priority
Vendor doesn't provide much options to customize the behavior, and its limited to iSeries functionalities. As we have multiple iSeries servers and applications, we need multiple TLi instances.

Implementation was supportive based on instruction, and following pre-requisites
Bizmanager and TLI are powerful EDI tools meeting all business requirements. OpenText is very helpful with product support, provides updates and notifies the changes. The billing and invoicing are pretty clear based on the contract, and very supportive groups to work with.
