It is really an enterprise-level solution with premium quality support and professional services
1. Easy to develop apps and user-friendly interface. 2. Highly secured and takes care of data management. 3. Easy to maintain and modifiable if needed. 4. It also focuses on small organizations which I found useful.
OpenText's UI is very impressive; both intuitive and user friendly. Navigation is easy and tasks like network discovery and rule creation is straight forward. Our employees require very little training to use it. It's automation capabilities are designed well. We use it to create lots of automated workflows which reduce the need for manual employee tasks resulting in a lot of happier engineers who don't need to work nearly as many nights. The support provided by OpenText is excellent. Everytime we open a support ticket they are quick to respond and very helpful and friendly.
Nothing in particular
1. Though it has a simple UI, it lacks configuration. The initial configuration setup is difficult and not everyone would be comfortable with it. 2. The pricing for OTNA and AppWorks is not that affordable for a small organization. It has different pricing for each app development. 3. Configuring it on an existing network was a challenging task for us, as I said the initial setup steps were hard to understand.
The installation of OpenText was fairly complex and tedious. It took two engineers a significant amount of time to get everything up and running. In retrospect we probably should have purchased their professional services to do this for us. Another minor weakness is their documentation. The documentation on their site is not quite up to date or complete which required us to open quite a few support tickets to find out the proper way to do configurations. As mentioned previously, their support was very helpful in providing us with this info though. The ability to integrate with third-party tools is not fully baked yet. Only certain applications are supported even then functionality is still limited. Although talking with their support, integration is on their road map and will be more supported in future updates.

The interface was user-friendly and they are providing drag and drop options for components to make the process easier. We used their AppWorks as well as the process automation for better data management.
