Comprehensive monitoring in one place. This product consolidates all your monitoring needs. Network performance, server health, bandwidth usage, config changes, etc. Alerting and automation. Easily configurable thresholds, escalations, and O365 email integration Value for money. Compared to some other tools, the value you get here for a fraction of the cost makes it so worth it. It even offers some features those other tools don't have. Maybe for an additional cost.
Custom Dashboards and workflows
Comprehensive visibility across the entire IT infrastructure and the ability to monitor network devices, servers, virtual environment, and applications from a single pane of glass is incredibly valuable.
There is a bit of a learning curve, especially on some of the advanced modules. The user interface is a bit underwhelming, but does the job.
SNMP monitoring is spotty sometimes Support may be slow sometimes no workflows before but now we have them!
Initial complexity and steep learning curve, especially when configuring advanced monitoring scenarios or integrating with external systems.
