The ease of use to get to the items that need remediation with as few clicks as possible. I can go from login to dashboard to clicking on Teams sites that are inappropriately configured in less than 5-6 clicks.
It is easy to use, superb and intuitive user interface, and the automation features are exactly what we need.
The product has become an essential part of our AI journey, delivering consistent value, reliability and measurable impact. Its dependable functionality makes it a critical tool that supports our AI growth.
The AI sometimes incorrectly identifies sensitive information, which will lead you to review the site and the information it found exposed. Because the tool is not perfect at identifying sensitive information (yet), you will have to review all of the Teams sites. Finally, because we are a large enterprise with thousands of Teams sites, there is a lot to review
Hard for me to answer this. The Opsin team has been extremely responsive to our desires ... often changing how their system works to address our concerns in just a few days.
Overall, an excellent product but certain small functionality gaps can be refined to make it an even stronger tool.
