1, Catalogue set up allowing for multiple levels that are customisable 2. The Rubrics design 3. The flexibility in the checks modele 4. The campaigns -- how it allows for keep improvement on top all the time I do like their GraphQL API and its integration within the app for querying data from time to time. They also have an integrated support feature which allows you to go ask a question and get an answer asynchronously.
The experience feels a bit last generation. The rate at which new abilities are being rolled out is a bit slower for what you expect out of a modern day SaaS.
