Workstreams, reporting, retention of evidence
SOXHUB is great from the standpoint of ease of automated workflow, better visiblity and engagement with audit team and stakeholders
Dashboarding and the unfriendliness of dashboarding, unless you are a BI expert, has been my #1 complaint since going with AuditBoard. The customer support around dashboarding is also not strong. Lastly, the recent deployment of the high performance list views can still use some work as it is now more difficult and tedious to filter.
Would like an expanded control testing module beyond SOX. Limited integration with other GRC tools/Google Drive, limited customization, internal control testing outside of SOXHub (i.e. RCSA) slow to navigate. Wish there was a bit more support beyond pointing to FAQs.
dashboards/reports in the tools - we have to export everything to Excel and generate outside tool; the fact that some core functionality for audit is only available in Enterprise version Customer service focus has diminshed since bought by PE - I hope this improves under new CEO
