One of the issues with the product is its complex integration and deployment with existing ERP and risk management systems. Another weakness of Oracle Balance Sheet Management Software is the poor customer support. Troubleshooting problems can sometimes take significantly more time than normal. The third problem is the steep learning curve. Some of the features require signifcant training for finance teams and some users may struggle with the software without proper onboarding.
The UI of the platform seems a bit dated. Based on our Oracle platform being provided through our correspondent bank it can be difficult to get the data in he exact format we are looking for. The ability to export the data in any file type we would like, some of the reports can only be TXT or excel, etc.
