I joined the company and I had never used OrgChart and I was able to use it right away without any sort of training, the site itself is very easy to navigate. One thing that is very convenient are the sharable links and the multiple exporting formats that they offer.

The customization w.r.t future state org structure does not work in a transaction scenario where I would like to merge 2 census data and then update reporting structure for new organization by moving employees reporting under a person to a different person.
The only reason why I gave it 4 stars is because their sales team won't stop contacting you until you upgrade your account. We didn't need any additional features and they kept saying that our usage level required us to upgrade. This information was never disclosed to us.
