1)when parasoft has issue or unknown reasons existing/working virtualization stopped working it widespread test failures and need vendor support 2) It is not easy to add additional api fields to be added after virtualization is done.

While the basics are easy , some reviewers have noted a steep learning curve for understanding all the components and advanced features like DTP, CTP and EM. Waiting for LEVEL 2 support from Parasoft to resolve any simple issue, some users in our team complained about multitiered support noting that they had to wait for different level of support team and keep updating the requests in their website as feature requests . Potentially introduce bottle necks .
