Technical requirements are intrusive to the environment, it requires too much hardware resources and we faced some issues with the technical support at the beginning.

Virtualization capabilities are currently restricted to relational databases such as Oracle or SQL Server. The product is pretty expensive, and new features can sometimes come at an additional cost. Currently no sub setting or synthetic data creation capabilities.

We faced many issues during the implementation, from our side and from the provider side. Our data were not ready to be handled in a smooth way by the tool and the internal team decided to do a lot of customization in the algorithms and integration between the different modules. The tool is quite intrusive and resource consuming to the environment and the service provider was not willing to discuss the solution, but just point the problem to us, the customer. In general, the implementation project was very poorly conducted from both sides. After more than a year of the implementation, some people have changed on both sides and we have started conversations again to fix the issues.
