Adapted to ours needs, easy to use and intuituive. The interface makes it esay to navigate. It's a comprehensive tool that covers the entire cycles of crisis management and business continuity management. The supplier sets up a community of practice for its customers which is very appreciate. The IT recovery module allows a very interesting connection with the business continuity module. Same thing for the mass communication module.
The customizability, process/work flows, and the friendly/responsive customer support
the highly customized product downside is that it can be hard to update and we can get lost in all the functionalities. We also need to maintain its content manually a lot
The visual ergonomics of certain functionalities (BIA-PCA) could be optimized. One of the objectives of a such solution is to move away from traditionnal files and to benefit in particular from helpful visual ergonomics.
The integrations are not bad, but they could have more robust integration feeds for resource lists (employees, facilities, IT apps, etc.). Although it is extremely customizable, there are certain sections that could benefit from being able to bold or italicize certain fonts. Also, it is great that sections can be hidden, but unfortunately sections within tables cannot be hidden.
