Parloa offers a great service for configurations. The user interface is very user-friendly and offers all the necessary options for customization, testing and live-insights.
I had some trouble locking in for the first time but they could be solved There is no option to use the prod and test environment parallel It would be great to be able to resort to instruction/how-to videos
Both RBA and AMP together not usable / using both worlds in 1 platform
Not really a point to mention, because theres no specific dislike. Some points to improve would be: -Insights (call history is already live - analytic insights only shows historic data (not from today) -might consider more upload option for data collections (honestly wasn't in our use case) -keyword collecting -> suggestion: commonly used words by costumers, to optimize the configuration
