The platform is easy to learn and configure, and the training offered is very helpful. As an HR lead on both of our implementations, I have learned how to develop complex intents and configure NLP with ease, and have trained internal HR colleagues to do the same. This helps us be agile in developing new intents at a moment's notice. It allows us to develop what we need and rely on our internal HR team for 98% of what we need, without IT involvement for the majority of tasks.

Read Full ReviewThe analytics and reporting capabilities have improved since we went live in 2020, but they do need more work. Some of the reporting features that I have expect to see are not available and need to be requested as enhancements. The inability to extract any data from over a year ago is a hinderance, as well as only being able to analyze 90 days at a time in dashboards and data extracts. I also dislike that I have spent a lot of my time on calls with developers or sending emails due to platform bugs/fixes, and then needing to re-test to ensure the platform fixes are in place and the ticket can be closed. I understand that the technology is new and constantly evolving, but I think the developers don't always test fixes thoroughly enough before pushing them out to the platform. Even though Kore is great about fixing the urgent/high priority bugs quickly, it does generate a lot of churn internally as a customer and requires a lot of time for us to log tickets , talk to developers and test/re-test solutions.

Read Full ReviewDownsides include analytics taking a while to load, and not being as robust as we had hoped. It is not super straightforward how to use them to train and add new content. It is not an easy process to deploy changes and takes a while to process from dev to test to prod. I am unable to download a simple spreadsheet of our FAQ content because of how it is setup to use content variables in a separate section. Support team takes a while to get started working on an issue and to resolve to completion.

We had an excellent experience with the Kore.ai team implementing our HR Chatbot with Kore.ai using the XO platform, and most recently, our SmartAssist with AgentAssist implementation. We had excellent support during both of our projects, and the development team was very receptive to our enhancement requests for the platform and were able to deliver many of them in a short amount of time. Kore: Pros and Cons of our Chatbot Implementation
The implementation for Kore Chatbot was smooth and quick. They are helpful with questions and quick to jump on a call for demos and assistance. The hypercare process was very helpful to identify areas where our chatbot needed training and new content, and helped me learn how to make changes myself. The downsides have been with analytics not being as robust as we had hoped, partially because we use Glia as our front end interface. I wish I could download an easy-to-read spreadsheet of all of our current content (FAQ Knowledgebase), but the way it is setup with content variables makes this difficult. The deploy process takes longer than we'd hope to get from Dev to Test to Prod. Kore Software: Challenges in Setting Up and their Solutions
It was a rough start with the product, we had to do a rollback on our XO version. Many problems setting up the Contact Centre portion. However, the reason I give this a 4 is the outstanding work by some Kore associates in helping resolve our problems. Their dedication is what is making me continue to trust that Kore will be able to work as we wish it to.
