Performance of PayAnalytics Across Market Features

PayAnalytics Likes & Dislikes

Like

PayAnalytics platform has many things to like about it including data import and analysis features which allows for easy salary comparison, compensation modeling and pay gap analysis. The reporting features are quite robust too due to the availability of standard reports, custom reports and dashboards. PayAnalytics helps organizations and individuals comply with pay equity laws and regulations as well which reduces worries of being found non compliant.

It provides designation and skillset wise employee level analysis for better decisioning on the datasets

It has end to end capability to perform analytics on all types of data attributes and result in data insights

Dislike

Things to improve in PayAnalytics include the cost because as of no PayAnalytics can be expensive for some small businesses. There is also a bit of a learning curve to using PayAnalytics for people that are new to pay equity analysis and the customer service can sometimes be slow to respond. But issues are usually resolved in time.
